According to the Spanish National Markets and Competition Commission’s (CNMC) Housing Panel 13.5% of users changed cell phone companies in 2015. More than half of those that decided to change companies in 2015 did so to lower their bill.

After the savings, the reasons customers gave for changing were: dissatisfaction with the quality of the former company’s service (25.4%) or the possibility of getting a package deal that included landline service (24.3%).
