If you wish to receive news and information about the voluntary tender offer made by BBVA for all the shares representing 100 percent of the share capital of Banco de Sabadell, S.A. (the "Offer"), please fill in the following form with your personal details.

We inform you that the personal data you provide in this form will be processed by Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A. ("BBVA"), with registered office at Plaza de San Nicolás 4, 48005 (Vizcaya), Spain comunicacion.corporativa@bbva.com. The purpose of the processing is to send you news and information about the Offer. The legal basis for the data processing is your consent to receive such information. You give consent by filling in and sending this form.

Your personal data will be kept as long as you do not unsubscribe (by following the procedure below). After you unsubscribe, we will destroy your data. In any event, the data will be deleted once the Offer has ended.

We will not disclose your personal data to third parties, unless we are required to do so by law or you have given your prior consent.
