People on the Move: Mou Das added to BBVA USA Global Wealth team in Houston
BBVA announced today the new addition of Mou Das to its Houston Global Wealth team. Das will serve as a senior vice president in the role of private banker. Her responsibilities include serving the bank’s Global Wealth clients in the Houston area through a variety of channels and advice on wealth building and management.
“Mou has been a successful and integral part of the wealth fabric in Houston for the last fifteen years, and she has been a top performer wherever she goes,” said BBVA USA Global Wealth Executive Dee Hunt. “She leads her practice with financial planning and delivers wealth management holistically, which aligns perfectly with our team’s approach. Her strong, positive attitude towards collaboration with teammates and colleagues alike is a welcomed addition to BBVA.”
Das received her Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Economics from Jadavpur University in India in 1994, and went on to earn her MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Southern Queensland in Australia in 2000. She has the Certified Wealth Strategist (CWS) designation, and holds a Series 7, 66, and Life and Health Insurance licenses.
Das is also active within her community, serving with organizations such as the Indo-American Society, the Asia Society, and the Tagore Society of Houston.
