Garanti BBVA now offers Ripple and Arbitrum on its crypto app
Garanti BBVA continues to add new cryptocurrencies to its mobile app. The bank is now providing service for Ripple (XRP), the crypto asset with the largest market, and Arbitrum (ARB), a crypto asset that can be transferred on the ERC-20 network. They join Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USD Coin (USDC), Avalanche (AVAX) and Chiliz (CHZ).
Korcan Abali, General Manager of Garanti BBVA Digital Assets, explained that the number of customers interested in crypto asset custody and trading is on the rise. The bank is also included in the list of crypto asset service providers, in light of recent amendments to the Capital Markets Law.
“We aim to support our customers at every stage of their crypto journey with top-notch security measures, quality customer service and state-of-the-art technology,” Abali said, adding: “We are constantly making improvements to our mobile platform, adding Ripple and Arbitrum in response to customer feedback, and we will continue to diversity our range of assets.”
