According to a Pew Research survey, 70% of Europeans feel that the U.K. leaving the E.U. would be a bad thing and would have a significant impact on the Member States. 16% believe it would be a good thing. The remaining 4% do not have a definite opinion regarding the referendum.

51% of those surveyed have a favorable opinion of the European Union, while 47% do not.

According to a Pew Research survey, 2/3 of Europeans are divided by the use of force to fight terrorism. Nearly two-thirds of the Dutch, Germans and Greeks think the use of the military leads to more terrorism.

However, most Italians and Poles think it is the only way to fight terrorism and 55% of Spaniards agree with them.

The data company Periscopic carried out a study that shows the number of years of life “stolen” from those that have been killed by guns. Based on the country’s mortality index, they calculated how long these people would have lived. In 2013 alone, more than 500,000 years were “stolen”.

1% of the world’s population owns nearly half of all global wealth and their wealth is increasing, according to a study published by the U.S. consulting firm Boston Consulting Group. They estimate that global financial wealth (not including real estate assets) increased by 5.2% last year, reaching $168 trillion. The international consulting firm warned of a slight slowdown in global wealth growth, which rose at a rate of 7% in 2014.
