BBVA, recognized for its Cash Management activity by Global Finance
Global Finance has chosen the BBVA Group as the winner of five awards during the latest issue of its “World's Best Treasury & Cash Management Banks and Providers Awards”. Specifically, the Group was given the following awards: "Best Treasury & Cash Management Provider" in Spain, "Best Overall Bank for Cash Management" in Latin America, "Best Bank for Payments and Collections" in Latin America, "Best US regional middle market Treasury & Cash Management Provider" in Southwest Region, and "Best Treasury & Cash Management Provider" for Garanti in Turkey.
Global Finance announced the winners of the World's Best Treasury & Cash Management Banks and Providers 2017 with the awards being classified into seven strategic sectors analyzed by category, region and country.
The work and engagement of BBVA teams has meant that the Bank was selected as the "‘Best Treasury & Cash Management Provider" in Spain for the third year in a row, as the "Best Overall Bank for Cash Management" in Latin America for the second year in a row, and as the "Best Bank for Payments and Collections" in Latin America for first time.
Also, Garanti was selected as the "Best Treasury & Cash Management Provider" in Turkey for the second consecutive year; and BBVA Compass won the "Best US regional middle market Treasury & Cash Management Provider in Southwest Region" category for the third time.

Digitalization and technology in the service provided to all BBVA customers – these were the two basic pillars borne in mind by all Global Transaction Banking units, within BBVA Corporate & Investment Banking, during the year and which enabled the Bank to win these awards.
Holding these awards for the 17th year, Global Finance relied on a large panel of expert analysts, executives, technology specialists and independent researchers. They selected the best banks based on criteria such as performance, reach and market share, service provided to the customer, price competitiveness, innovation in product development and the ability to stand out from their main treasury and cash management competitors.
