BBVA Compass opens up its playbook for football’s biggest game
Football’s biggest game kicks off in just 33 days and in celebration, BBVA Compass has announced two ways it’s helping the people of Houston and the city’s visitors join in.
Teaming with CBS Radio, BBVA Compass is producing a free concert for Houston and its communities featuring country music star Jake Owen. The #LiveBright Bash will be held on Jan. 21, just ahead of the big event on Feb. 5. The bank also recently launched its "51 Ways to #LiveBright in Houston" list on BBVABright.com/51things, giving fans from near and far their own playbook to the Bayou City, one of the bank’s most important markets.
“BBVA Compass is committed to Houston and its communities, and our drive to put the city in a positive, bright light reflects that,” said BBVA Compass Chief Marketing and Digital Sales Officer Jennifer Dominiquini. “We’re thrilled to be able to create bright experiences for those living in Houston and those traveling to partake in one of the biggest sporting events on the planet.”

The #LiveBright Bash lineup also features country music artist RaeLynn, Tex-Mex pop rock group The Last Bandoleros and a special appearance from country singer and BBVA Compass brand ambassador Tyler Dial.
The bank’s “51 Ways to #LiveBright in Houston” feature includes a curated list, put together in collaboration with BBVA Compass brand ambassador and lifestyle expert Sandra Lee, showcasing hot spots and activities for people to check out while in the area. It details top culinary destinations, arts and culture venues and outdoor adventures. In addition to its home on BBVABright.com, the list of Houston must-dos will appear in the January issue of Modern Luxury Magazine.
More information on BBVA Compass- supported events leading up to the big game will be published on BBVA.com as they draw closer.
